Ders dışı etkinliklerin öğrencilerin hem sosyal yönlerini hem de akademik başarılarını artırdığına inanan 1/A Sınıf Öğretmeni Elif BENLİOĞLU KUZEY, I Stand By My Values With Fairy Tales (Masallarla Değerlerime Sahip Oluyorum) projesine ortak oldu. Türkiye, İspanya, Romanya ve Azerbaycan’ın da dahil olduğu 4 farklı ülkeden toplam 13 öğretmenin bir araya geldiği I Stand By My Values With Fairy Tales ( Masallarla Değerlerime Sahip Oluyorum ) adlı eTwinning projesi 6-11 yaş aralığındaki öğrencileri kapsamaktadır.

Projenin amacı;  Çocukların kendilerine ve ülkelerine faydalı olacak sevgi, saygı, arkadaşlık, dostluk, yardımlaşma, paylaşma, sorumluluk, dürüstlük değerlerini kazanmalarını sağlamak bununla beraber kazandıkları değerlerin davranışlarına dönüştürmelerine fırsat tanımaktır. Ayrıca proje eğitimcilere farklı bir bakış açısı kazandırarak değerlerimizi akademik derslere uygulamalı olarak entegre etmeyi Web 2.0 araçları ve çeşitli sosyal yardımlaşma etkinlikleri ile öğretimin kalıcılığını ve standardını artırmayı hedeflemektedir. Yeni kültürleri tanırken kendi kültürümüzü ve değerlerimizi tanıtmayı hedefleyen öğretmenimiz ayrıca bu projeyle öğrencilerinin bakış açısını küçük bir köyden uluslararası bir yolculuğa taşımayı hedeflemektedir.

 

Believing that extracurricular activities increase both the social aspects and academic success of students, 1/A Class Teacher Elif BENLİOĞLU KUZEY became a partner in the I Stand By My Values (I Possess My Values With Fairy Tales) project. The eTwinning project, which brought together 13 teachers from 4 different countries including Turkey, Spain, Romania and Azerbaijan, covers students between the ages of 6-11. The aim of the project is to ensure that children gain the values of love, respect, friendship, solidarity, sharing, responsibility and honesty that will be beneficial to themselves and their country, and to provide them with the opportunity to transform the values they gain into their behaviors. In addition, the project aims to provide educators with a different perspective, to integrate our values into academic lessons in a practical way and to increase the permanence and standard of education with Web 2.0 tools and various social assistance activities. Our teacher, who aims to introduce our own culture and values while getting to know new cultures, also aims to carry her students' perspective from a small village to an international journey with this project.
